We source cheeses and dairy products from farmers all over the UK and, when needed, from the best European producers. Whether your cheese is washed in perry, wrapped in nettles or aged for a year we have the capability to do it all.
If you just want a cheese slice for a burger we can source it, if you are looking for a ricotta made with a certain milk we can develop it for your menu.
As a business, all of our milk, cream and butter comes from UK farmers that deliver daily into our distribution sites.
